About us
Subutai Mining Service LLC was first established in 2013 to provide human resource and training services to major mining and engineering projects in the country.
In 2015 it established a vocational training center – SkillsTech with a training license issued by Labor Ministry of Mongolia and has been cooperating with Australian training institutions, including TAFE Queensland college, Holmesglen Institute, Skills Recognition International and Australian Trades Training College, Site Work Ready etc.,
In addition, it has been successfully implemented a number of CBT programs in cooperation with major national mining and construction enterprises, such as Oyu Tolgoi LLC, GCR Mongolia LLC and domestic TVET centers and Polytechnic colleges. The company has been providing high risk and trades training services to Oyu Tolgoi mine site since 2014 to ensure safe working practices of the site workers.
The company successfully introduced ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System and OHSAS 45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management in all its activities in 2018.

The company signed a contract to provide vocational and high risk training services to oyu Tolgoi LLC
2015
SkillTech, vocational training center was established and started to deliver basic engineering training in collaboration with Queensland TAFE institute of Australia and award dual vocational certificates of Mongolia and Australia.
2018
World standards, including Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 and WHS management system OHSAS 45001:2018 were introduced in the company’s business activities.
