The Skillstech Vocational Education School is the flagship program of Subutai Mining Service, dedicated to preparing internationally benchmarked professionals for the mining sector. It has operated continuously since 2015 at the Oyu Tolgoi Technical Training Center in Khanbogd, Umnugovi.
To prepare the vocational workforce the mining sector needs to an international benchmark and to support local youth employment.

Combines classroom training, industrial practice, competency-based assessment and Moodle LMS e-learning. Learning takes place on real equipment in workplace conditions and links to international certification.
