International Vocational Training Program

To raise local vocational education to an internationally recognized level, Subutai Mining Service began cooperating with leading international vocational education institutions in 2016.

Goal

To localize AQF/EQF-aligned programs, advanced methods and international certification in Mongolia and to develop the capacity of trainers.

Period

Ongoing since 2016 with the support of international partners.

Partners

IHK Karlsruhe (Germany), TAFE Queensland, Holmesglen Institute and other international institutions.

Approach

Localizes CERT 2 and CERT 4 programs and the German dual-training system across seven fields, deeply integrating theory with workplace practice and preparing trainers to international standards.

Results

• More than 200 staff certified through international dual-training.
• International standards adopted across seven fields.
• Trainer capacity has grown markedly.
